2. Booking and Confirmation

- Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive driver details and estimated arrival time via call or message.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to unavailability, incorrect information, or any other valid reason.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop details.
- Passengers should ensure timely presence at the pickup point to avoid cancellation or waiting charges.
- Damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be charged to the passenger.
- Illegal activities, smoking, or carrying prohibited items in the vehicle are strictly not allowed.
4. Fare and Payment
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and type of vehicle selected.
- All fares include applicable taxes and service charges, unless otherwise stated.
- Payments can be made in cash or through approved digital payment methods.
- For online payments, secure payment gateways are used. Apple Call Taxi does not store your card or UPI details.
5. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund policies are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Customers are advised to review the policy before booking.
6. Delays and Force Majeure
Apple Call Taxi shall not be liable for any delay or service disruption caused by events beyond our control such as traffic congestion, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or technical issues.
7. Driver and Vehicle Allocation
Drivers are assigned based on proximity, availability, and vehicle type requested. Apple Call Taxi ensures that all drivers are verified and vehicles are maintained as per transport standards.
8. Liability
- Apple Call Taxi is not responsible for loss or damage to passenger belongings left in vehicles.
- Our liability for any service failure shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific ride.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. User Conduct
Users agree to use our services responsibly and not engage in any activity that disrupts or abuses our services, systems, or staff.
10. Data Protection
Personal data provided during booking is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We take necessary steps to safeguard your information.
