Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Apple Call Taxi. We strive to provide prompt and reliable transportation services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for rides booked through our website, phone, or in-person.

1. Ride Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers may cancel a booked ride by calling our support number or through our booking system (if applicable).
  • Cancellations made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any cancellation charge.
  • If cancellation is made within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, a nominal cancellation fee may apply.
  • If the driver has already been dispatched or arrived at the pickup location, the full minimum fare may be charged.

2. Ride Cancellation by Apple Call Taxi

  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances such as vehicle unavailability, driver emergencies, technical issues, or natural events.
  • In such cases, we will notify the customer promptly and may offer a full refund or reschedule option at no additional cost.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation and verification of eligibility.
  • Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.
  • No refund will be issued for “no-show” cases, where the customer fails to board the vehicle at the scheduled pickup time.

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe an incorrect charge has been made, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the ride completion. We will review the transaction and respond promptly.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen situations like heavy traffic, weather conditions, or government restrictions, cancellations or delays may occur. Apple Call Taxi shall not be liable for such circumstances but will attempt to provide alternate arrangements whenever possible.
